Shipping Policy

Parts & Small Items (UPS/USPS)

All UPS items ship same day if paid online or by phone Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM CST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ship the next business day. USPS items may not ship until the following business day.

Estimated delivery for UPS Ground (standard shipping) is 5 business days from date of purchase. UPS Air rates (3-Day, 2nd Day Air, Next-Day Air) vary based on delivery zip code, weight, box size, and declared value.

ADI is not responsible for shipping delays due to holidays or carrier issues. ADI is not responsible for any brokerage/customs fees associated with international shipping.

If your merchandise arrived damaged, contact the carrier within 24 hours of receipt. COD returns cannot be accepted.

Large Appliance Delivery

Large appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, etc.) are available for local delivery within our service area. Delivery fees vary based on distance and item size — contact us for a quote before ordering.

We do not ship large appliances out of state. Large appliance purchases are available for local delivery or in-store pickup only.

Free in-store pickup is available at our Inver Grove Heights location: 8980 Jefferson Trail W, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST
